Invitation issues

  • Ensure they are using the same email that was used in the invitation


Unable to upload a document during resubmission

  • Use the Recall Form function 
    • Find the invitation
    • From the ellipses button choose Recall Form


User is unable to complete Step 4
  • An issue was identified where a vendor started to complete this step, then updated the initial question from Yes to No. This caused the system to store the already entered data and expect a Certificate of Clearance be added. To avoid the error, have the vendor change their response to yes, delete any data that had been added, update their response to No and continue submitting the form.
  • A ticket has been entered to correct this behaviour

    • Where along the process is the issue happening

    • Any error messages they received
