Overview

This release includes several new feature and system enhancements focused on usability.

Report - Enrolled Vendors – The system dashboard has been updated to include the Enrolled Vendors Report. This report will allow the user to run a report showing all vendors that have completed the enrollment process. Filters for completion date and district have been added.
Settings - Export Details - The export function has been moved into its own section. This section was also enhanced to display the last export date, and the currently configured export destination (CSV, ERP etc).
Internal Comments - Two updates were made to internal comments
- Comment Date/Time: The date and time the comment was made is now visible
- Indicator: An indicator of the number of comments made on a registration form is now displayed within the internal comments popup box.
Muting of Notifications -Within the user settings, notifications may be muted

Duplicate Invitations – The check for duplicate invitations was updated to allow a second invitation to be created in the case of a vendor who is invited, does not complete the process and the original invitation gets archived.
Notifications - Several changes were made in an effort to eliminate any duplication of reminder emails.
Update On Screen Message - Updated text located below the insurance certificate question as per request.
Remember last view - When returning to the main screen from reviewing or approving a registration, the system will return you to the last viewed listing.
