Overview

This maintenance release includes several new features designed to help simplify the enrollment process.

Reporting Dashboard– A dashboard provided to administrators of the system which will present several key metrics which will include the following:
- Count of completed enrollments
- Minimum process time *
- Maximum process time *
- Average process time *

This dashboard will also allow the user to filter the data by completion date or district.

* Process Time is defined as the number of days from initial invitation acceptance to approval of the enrollment form.

Inline PDF Viewing - Reviewers and Approvers may now view the uploaded pdf documents as inline documents within the Enrollment form. Bank documents, wire transfer documents, certificates of insurance and certificates of clearance (WCB) can now each be viewed without the need to first download the document.
Dashboard Filtering - An Active filter has been added to the dashboard listing which will remove all enrollments that are at Cancelled, Exported or Archived status. This has also been set as the default filter selection.
About Enrollment Portal - Located within the Settings menu this section will highlight information about the current software release including the version, release date and a link to the release notes.

WCB Clearance Certificate Extraction - The WCB extraction process will ensure that it does not select the name of the Client.
Invitation Process - The invitation process will now ensure that the Company Name does not match the legal or operating name of any existing enrollment.

Bug 173 - Notification Issue - The development team has reviewed this issue and has made a slight alteration to the process. Please monitor this for any further issues.
Bug 171 - Export Changes - All requested changes have been completed.
