How to update the Certificate of Insurance Sample Form

A system administrator is able to update the sample Certificate of Insurance form. This can be done by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings Panel
2. Click on System menu
3. Find the Sample Certificate of Insurance setting  
4. Click on the pdf icon located to the left of the Sample Certificate of Insurance title
5. Select the new sample file from the file dialogue box
6. Click Open
   
7. Click the Save button to save the setting change
