Release Date - May 16, 2025
Overview
This maintenance release includes several new features, improvements as bug fixes.
New Features
- User Authorization (Filtering) - A filter has been added to the User Authorization menu within the Admin panel. This setting will be defaulted to only show the Approvers and Reviewers within the system. The user may select from the filter to view the Vendor accounts.
- District Management - District management has been added to the data tab within the Settings menu. This allows system administrators to add or disable districts which are entered during the invitation process.
Improvements
WCB Clearance Certificate Extraction - The WCB extraction process has been moved to be executed following the submission of an enrollment form. This helps speed up the process and eliminate any confusion that may be associated with the lack of data being returned as part of extraction.
Field Help - Updated the invitation form to allow for a user configurable help bubble on the District field
Label Updates - As per feedback from the legal team, labelling has been updated
View Details - Formatting has been updated to increase padding between label and text
Export File - Export file format has been updated with requested changes
Cancel Function - Approvers are now able to cancel an invitation
Mandatory Invitation Fields - All fields on the invitation form are now mandatory.
Bug Fixes
Bug 102 - Previously when clicking on an area outside of the Invitation Dialogue box the modal screen would close and lose any information that had been entered. This has been updated to force the user to click one of the Close buttons should they wish to cancel the entry of the invitation.
Bug 156 - An issue was identified where the district field data was not persisting. This has been corrected.
