Contexture provides a set number of professional support hours on an annual basis. The number of hours provided is dependent on the contract between Contexture and the client.
Current year support hours will be used for:
- General questions and support
- Effort from Contexture's team in response to Change Requests
- Adding, removing, and updating users
- Vendor specific OCR training
- Non-software defect related data fixes
Hours rolled over from the previous year may be used for change requests as the discretion of Contexture.
